The velcro closing strap is good. The zippered space barely fits my Armor Ulefone cell. The water bottle holder does not accomodate any of my water bottles. It would fit a container the size of a commercial bottle of water. All too small for my needs.

I used the exercise waist pack for the first time today on my 5 mile walk. It holds my Bubba bottle which BTW is the best at keeping drinks cold on the hottest days. The zippered pocket holds my android and the slot for the wired earbuds is an added feature for preventing tangling and I don't have to keep the pocket open for it. There's a latch to prevent the zipper from opening. It holds my keys and ID. Excellent pack. Really happy with it.

I like the positioning of the water bottle holder, keeps it away from your arms when walking/running. Phone holder pouch is suitable as well. Would prefer a buckle for the belt but the Velcro works as well.

I bought this based on the positive reviews and glad I did. I’m 5’1, 125 lbs and didn’t want a bulky pack to carry one water bottle, phone and keys. No problem fitting a 24oz insulated water bottle and my iPhone 13 with carry case, my car/house key and credit card. I cut the belt to suit and it’s perfect. Good quality and nice pink colour. Would recommend!

This is a great belt. I am an overweight runner whose weight fluctuates a lot and the adjusting belt is great. This belt does not squeeze your stomach. I’ve used some neoprene belts that can feel like they are pressing. When I’m feeling bloated I don’t worry about this being too tight because you adjust it to your liking with every use. It doesn’t bounce at all. You do have to find the right water bottle for it, one that won’t accidentally open.I’ve been using this for 4 years and plan on continuing to use it.

If you want massive rub rash and an annoying bopping on your hips then you’ve found it. And yes I used body glide and adjusted it (multiple times actually) I gave it my best shot and now it goes in the useless pile with the other hydro belts I’ve tried. I read reviews carefully before selecting this but I can not recommend using it for running at all and have no idea how it got so many glowing reviews!

This pack is truly awesome. I do not regret buying it. But it’s not for long distance running. We are talking if you’re training for a marathon. Me and my running buddy bought this. We both found that as we ran the pack would kind of “rotate” slowly. So every so often your trying to get it back into place. You can adjust it, make it tighter, but it caused a little chaffing around my waist and for me I got a little hot from it. But for hiking and short runs, this is my pack to grab.If you’re truly wanting something to hold your water and supplies for those long runs your gonna have to bite the bullet and go for like an orange mud vest or something similar- trust me I really tried to avoid that route but I needed to stay hydrated while running long distances.Again, I still use this one because it’s really great but for me, it wasn’t working for what I needed it for.

I use this nearly every day for distance running and it has really held up well. I had been concerned that the belt is made of velcro and that it wouldn't last or be strong enough, but it's been great. It fits about a 27oz water bottle and doesn't bounce at all. The pocket is a little on the small side: getting my keys and my phone both in there is a bit of a challenge, so I wish that were a hair bigger-- although my phone is I believe one of the larger on the market so that might not be as much of a problem for most. However, despite that minor irritation that I struggle with fitting keys + phone, I love this belt.

So I’m not a runner but do walk 4-6 miles daily and with the warmer weather here I wanted something that would hold a water bottle and a phone so I had free hands to walk my dog.I used it yesterday for the first time and my IPhone 8 fit perfectly in the little pouch and my full size water bottle fit well. It’s very comfortable and was not heavy at all. I’m not sure why I didn’t get one of these before as it was so nice to not be carrying my phone ( I hate the armbands) It has a little hole for headphones which I have not used yet but it seems it is placed conveniently.I’m actually going to use this when I day hike with my husband instead of a backpack as he carries the dog bowl and water usually and I only need it for the water bladder and phone.

Managed to fit my Sony Xperia, ipod, pepper spray and keys easily in the pouch. I use a Contigo 22oz and it sits snugly and doesn't move when I run. The only issue is that the top strap on the water holder gets caught in the groove where the lid meets the water bottle, makes it harder to remove the water bottle because I have to dig the strap out of the groove carefully. Not really a huge problem and not a fault with the belt, more just bad luck that my preferred water bottle just happens to sit in a position where it occurs. Even knowing this issue I would buy this again. It seems well made with strong seams and the padding on the waist band is such a comfort. I haven't been using it long enough to speak to confidently about long term durability or cleaning, if I have any issues I will update.UPDATE: Have been using this a full year now and some of the reflective section has started to come off, I'm really hoping it's just a small cosmetic problem and doesn't continue and ruin the integrity of the water holder section as a whole. I have been using it for both running and biking and the bottom line is that I will never find another belt that is so comfortable. The padded waist band is second to none. Also I know that this is adjustable and can be cut, I have a small waist and found that there is a sweet spot above my hips that makes this belt undetectable (literally, I came home from a run one night, took out my water bottle, proceeded to tidy my kitchen, take out trash & recycling, sweep and mop floors, had it on the whole time and didn't realize for well over an hour that I forgot to take it off). My point is that I know there is a how to for cutting but I didn't and there is no extra part of the belt that hangs in excess, it doubles over the velcro to the exact end for me, I never had to cut it and that was an initial concern for me prior to purchase, I was worried about something that would be small enough to fit securely around my waist and this does with no problem or customization.

I don't write too many reviews, but felt strongly that I needed to review this one. I am a distance runner and generally run with a backpack. I decided to give the belt a try. I have used Fitletic in the past with good success, but needed to hold a larger volume bottle. I am so glad I did! It is easy to customize the length of the belt. The company sent a follow up email to my order to ensure that I had the directions. My first run with it was an hourly race (I know, nothing new on race day...) that was 3 hours. I used it with UltraSpire Human 20 oz. bottles. IT IS AMAZING! NO bounce whatsoever. Easy to get the bottle in an out. Storage pocket easily holds gels, iPod, and car key. I used Nathan bib holders and also attached my bib to it. This weekend I also used it for an olympic distance triathlon. It was easy to get on in transition, which is a huge plus. I HIGHLY recommend this belt!
