One adult could do it but it’s very difficult. Also when I removed the cover after a few days of rain, all the leaves and crap fell off the cover and into the pool so it was pretty much useless.

Appeared to be a nice, heavy duty 12’ cover. Worked great for 2 months in the summer when purchased. Then came the time we really needed this cover to do its job……fall/winter. We cleaned out our pool really well. Weighted it down to withstand wind. Placed a large pool tube in the middle to keep the water from pooling. Yet this apparently wasn’t enough. I woke up to one huge tear at the seems that happened overnight after a rain. Our weather isn’t anything out of the ordinary. No snow. No hurricane type winds. Just normal winter rain. I see it says there is a 2 year warranty but when trying to find contact information for the company, there’s nothing. A warranty is meaningless if there is no way to contact the company.

Great pool cover but the six stakes are plastic and too short. The winds pulled up quickly so I bought foot long stakes and all is well.
