The fish arrived well packed with a strong foam protective frame. One fish was dead, but only one is a good outcome for a surface mail delivery of live fish. All other fish were fine and have been doing well.

All happy fish. I just received my fish and transitioned them to my small (20 gal) outdoor pond in a pot. I have several plants thriving with just a solar water fountain in place. The fish were all alive. One died (my fault, it was acclimated to quickly as it slipped from the bag). But the rest are very happy and are going to work eating the mosquito larvae. Very happy with this purchase. I can’t wait for my son to get home, he’s going to be thrilled. Thank you!

Continue to be well satisfied with Quinn's shipments. All the fish are enjoying their new home 3 hours after being introduced.I want to note: the health of live animals shipped in a box is always going to depend on several factors, not least of which is you promptly taking them out of the box. Quinn's ships them with a little cooling gel to stop them overheating but it's not going to stop them being cooked or frozen to death while they wait all day on your porch.Today's shipment was a *little* low on water for the number of fish, and some of them were already a little lethargic. I suspect if I'd not gotten the package within 4-5 hours a few of them would have died. Another quarter/half cup would have probably seen them thru it.

I was very worried as the fish were supposed to have been shipped on November 1 and I just received them today, November 16. Two weeks in the bag. All of the fish are healthy and happy. I am very pleased and surprised.

I ordered twenty but who knows if I actually received that number? They were so small that they fell through the minnow net when I tried to transfer them to the pond. They must have hatched the day they were shipped? I’ve purchased this same fish from a source that I can’t recall and they were much larger. I hope a few of these guys survive to adulthood!

I am so excited these fish have arrived alive and active. When they finally acclimated and I released them, they all scattered except one who seemed to just stay near the edge of my pond. I didn't see any again until the next day in the evening and I saw three. I hoped none had been eaten by my goldfish, but on the second day I saw seven near my papyrus plant and two by my water lilly. I am so happy that at least nine are alive and doing very well. They came such a long way and honestly I ordered 10 because I wanted 4 or 5 to survive the trip. They were packaged so well. Thank you so much!
