The package showed up with very little water and the fish was in bad condition. It died in 3 days!

Ordered this with hopeful expectations. Fish arrived poorly packaged and barely any water. Was near dead. I had to put him straight into the tank. He was lethargic and just laid at the bottom before finally dying 3 days later. Very disappointed. Will not purchase again or recommend.

I disliked that my Jetta was in a hot box although it had some cooling in there I just felt bad. But how else can we receive a beta fish any ways the little guy was very stressed due to that problem and he arrived will but soon got sick.. he had swim bladder disease and it’s fins were rotting I cured the little guy with Beta medication and epsom salt after a few weeks he’s doing great better then ever,. I’m thinking the box stressed him out badly or something usually when I get a beta at a store I never have any issues of it being sick but I didn’t think he was going to make it but he did he’s alive an swimming fine.. my advise if your going to purchase a beta online speak with the seller and be warned it may or may not be sick or stressed due to the box and condition.I don’t think I’ll purchase any animals again online.. but I don’t regret it. Best pet I ever had so what I’m trying to say is it’s really up to you if your willing to put up with it’s issues because we don’t know how these fish are raised or breed.

I received my double tail Betta today, it is beautiful. I placed it in its new home after floating the bag and mixing a little water. It was so happy to be out of the bag it was shipped in. It was packed very well but you know the little guy took a rough ride. He is gorgeous and happy to be in his new home. 5 stars Quinn’s Fins. Thank you
