This is my first tuning kit, and this is what I have to say! Received the product with the adapters missing. I immediately notified the team, and they were super responsive! They got back to me right away, and were able to sort out and ship the missing items to me. The missing items were shipped the same day they responded back, and got to me within 5 business days. I used the kit to prep my board and put it away for the season. I love how compact everything is, and how everything minus the vise and adapters fit into the provided bag. Overall so far great product and an even greater team! I can't wait to use the product more once Winter hits again!

Item arrived missing a scraper and snowboard attachments. After a few emails I was sent the missing pieces.As a newcomer to the tune up aspect of snow sports, I used this for 3 sets of skis and 4 snowboards so far. Everything works well, but the sample waxes are small and you should possibly order extra.
