This is a cute rain coat, but it is not rip resistant. Also the pockets are not big enough for a bigger cell phone & hold very little. No inside pocket was a downer. It is not breathable. Sometimes my clothes are damp after wearing it. It has kept me dry during a misty rain. Not sure in a down pour. Still like wearing it, except for the rip by the pocket. 🫤

I've needed a rain coat for a while but could never commit to spending money on one for the few weeks out of the year it would be used. But I'm glad I finally did. This is light weight, stylish, and seems like it will hold up. I like the plaid lining. A little heavy for rainy days about 60F, but fine if you're just coming and going.I wish the pockets were just slight bigger (or maybe looser?), I don't like carrying a purse especially when I have a coat and I just BARELY Burton these with my phone, keys, and small wallet in the pocket. But the essentials fit.

I got this for a recent trip to London and as I'm originally from there, I know that you can always expect rain! But I didn't want anything too thick, but definitely something to keep the wind out. This met all of my expectations and more! I loved the color and the contrast of the "Burberry Style" lining, how lightweight it was, but definitely kept me dry in the showers. It also did a fantastic job of keeping me warm enough with a sweatshirt underneath on the cooler days. The hood is ample for a hat or sweatshirt hood to go underneath and it also has elastic pulls to cinch it down if it's really cold with stoppers. There are the same at the waist too, these are located on the inside of the coat. The zipper is sturdy and is covered by poppers for extra protection and there are two good sized pockets on the front. I'm just under 5ft tall and the coat came down just above my knees which was great for me and kept me cozy on my trip. The coat also has elastic cuffs, which were far too loose on me. So I did make one alteration before I went and that was to the cuffs. Being petite, rather than turning the sleeves over, I just sewed them and made them narrower so that the elastic fit better around my wrists. This then made the coat fit perfect. It will now be my go to whenever I need one. I love it. I can highly recommend this coat.

I didn’t wear it yet. From when i got it i loved it. It was packaged very nicely. The feel of the material is good quality. It has beautiful gold snaps fits nice. True to size. Inside is very nice including a nice Burberry design. The sleeves are a bit long but nothing a needle and thread can’t fix. The price is exceptional I got 15% off and I’m so happy I waited to buy because now I got exactly what I wanted. It’s made for warm weather rain and as a windbreaker as well. For those cloudy days that you’re not sure it will rain. I’m thrilled with it for now I’ll update another time.

I just got back from a trip to Ireland with this jacket. The other reviews were correct in that the side of the pocket ripped a bit after using it for a few days and the zipper was a bit wonky after 2 uses. The jacket kept me mostly dry in the Ireland wind and rain but the inside had a damp feeling to it after a particularly rainy day.Overall it was a good jacket that was big enough to layer under and long enough to keep my pants dry. The hood was nice and I was able to cinch it to keep it tight and keep my hair dry.

It is a good quality and a nice rain jacket. However, it is large. I ordered at Amazon's suggestion, but it is large. I returned it and ordered a size down (small).

It's very light but the material repells water, I checked. I am replacing my heavy rubber yellow coat with this one! Love the double pockets but wish they were more generous/bigger. Silchester at the hood and inside at the waist to give a nice femine shape. The liner is not warm or fannel as I expected. This is definitely a summer rain jacket, not for very cold weather, however, you can always add sweaters under. I highly recommend this coat over any PU/rubber version. Zipper is plastic with large teeth. Snaps are easy to work and light to the touch. Only complaint is size of pockets which I would have liked bigger.

This is a well made rain jacket, nice lining and hood and very soft to the touch. The yellow I purchased is a nice pale attractive yellow, I was worried that it would be that yucky bright yellow that I hate lol. I am 5'2 and weigh 140-145 so this jacket fits me like a rain coat. It falls right above my knee which is a good thing for me, more protection against the rain. I can verify that it is rainproof as I wore it the other day in downpours and the rain rolled right off and did not soak into the lining. I usually take between a medium and a large but I went with the large for layering purposes. I am glad I did. It is a little loose on me but it has the inside drawstring to adjust the fit and the sleeves are a good fit. I truly love this rain jacket and would recommend it.
