I put less than 20k miles on them before they failed. Both lost their oil and gas charge. One of the coil spring actually snapped too. No idea what could have cause this since I hadn’t driven off-road or hit potholes or anything. For this reason I will not buy another set from this manufacturer.

Factory went out about 75 or 80K miles. Replaced and still working fine at 192K miles. Squeak a little when temps are cooler. Figure that is the red urethane bushing.

These shocks are defective. DONT BUY THEM The spring collar on the pair i bought mine broke with 30days of being installed. Normal Driving conditions didn't even get take the truck off road before they broke. Warranty replacement is a joke, said they can maybe send me a replacement in 6months? 6months, is my truck supposed to just sit broke down for 6months? Then when you go to return the product back to Amazon. They says that because you had to deal with a long warranty process you didn't request the return soon enough and now have to pay a restocking fee. so i dont even get the original amount i paid for a part that is defective. Thanks Rancho and Amazon.

These shocks and struts worked ok for the first year of use, with mostly highway driving, Minimal off roading. Now they are rusting and all the knobs are either stuck or broken on different settings. They were super bouncy soon first installation and test drives. now they are even more bouncy, Wiggly and all on different settings.I've spent Lot on front end work and have brand new leaf springs so I can assure you that the shocks/struts are to blame

I had replaced my struts a year prior with KYB's. These are definitely much better and a lot easier to install as the rancho's come pre assembled with new heavy duty springs. I did not measure or notice very much lift in the front but I like the rear up a little so It's perfect for me. speed bumps at 10-15 are nice and smooth now and no more bounce/sway when going down wavy highways.

Order these shocks 15 months ago and had them professionally installed on 2006 4wd Dodge Ram 1500.Shocks look great i run 305/55/20 tires and 20x10 Rims. The "stocks" completely blew out at around 68k miles. I originally had a ready lift kit installed. Unfortunately i wasnt able to combine the height of both without extending the brake lines of the truck. The lift difference was minor the quicklift was just a few minor centimeters lower then a readylift leveling kit.All and all the shocks look great i do a quite bit of off roading i keep the strut setting in the "7" position. They're are a bit of pain to turn to adjust. Will buy again!

Great STRUT, if you have a 2006 dodge ram 1500 4x4, with a lower strut bolt, order the MOOG bushings k200138, and get some bolts as well. Once I got these installed on my truck though, they look and did great. Some scratches were on them that could have happened during shipping, and the nuts that came with it did not fit, they were to small. Also the instructions that come with it are less than informative and lacking in information. Theres no instruction on which way to turn the knob to increase stiffness or softness.

I replaced blown out struts on my 07 1500 Ram Bighorn Quad cab 4x4. They raised the front end by exactly 1" leveling out the truck giving it a much nicer look. Set on 1 they are very smooth much like my stock struts were, and not so great on dirt roads, on 5 they feel awesome, very much like a 2500 truck. Greatly improved the trucks breaking. The dial is a little hard to see the numbers on, and you will need a flashlight to see them in low light. Installation was a little more difficult than the Youtube vidoes showed. Don't think your going to get a ball joint apart by smacking the side of the arm with a BFH, GET A PULLER! The money I saved doing this myself I'm probably going to spend on ball joints because I had to beat the living hell out of mine to get them to break free. Also be very careful when inserting the top portion of the strut assembly up into the housing not to ding up the threads on the three bolts on top, they are made of soft metal. I did this and broke of one of the bolts while torquing down the nut. I solved this problem on the others by backing the nut on and off several times to get it to torque down. Don't forget to get an alignment when your done. I love the way my truck feels and looks now and I highly recommend this product.
