The only reason I give this 1 star is because it is not possible to give negative stars!!! Absolutely the worst Amazon experience I have had. This item came from a third party and was missing over 1/2 of the items necessary to install. After several emails and calls requesting to be contacted by phone to resolve the issue, I got an "I'm sorry" email with instruction on how to return. Luckily one call to Rancho got the replacement parts overnighted at no cost. Rancho has excellent customer service, Shop Eddies has negative 5 customer service.

The Rancho lift kit with RS5000 shocks was a great value at $414 . Combine that with $100 off when you apply for Amazon card, you can't beat the deal at $314 for lifting your Jeep 2" and installing new shocks with the kit. Front lift with this kit was 2-1/8" on my Jeep and 1" at the rear. Ride was improved over stock JK ride with springs having more flex and softer feel over bumps. The ride improved equal to that of my 2020 Rubicon Gladiator. Installation was time consuming, but, not frustrating or too difficult. I'm not a mechanic and the install was done by myself with floor jacks in my garage. Everything fit as described with no modifications needing to be made. All hardware was included and no trips to the local auto parts store was required to replace missing parts.

This is a great lift. Easy to install only took me 4 hours. My Jeep even has a better ride now than it did with stock suspension on it.

Springs are good, smaller diameter progressive springs.Shocks are decent for lower end ranchos.Smoother ride on highway, gravel roads are a bit smoother.Brake line brackets aren't really necessary.Make sure to get an alignment after installing.
