- Some mobile device protective cases interfere with the full and proper connection between dual USB flash drive and the type-c USB port of mobile devices. You may have to remove the protective case on your mobile device to obtain a full and proper connection.

Disappointing. The fact that it is market as a 3.1 is a shame. Very slow. Overpriced for what it is. Has a USBc plug and that is really what makes it worthwhile to keep around as a spare.

Handy USB and USB "C" on either end, plenty of space, fast transfer (especally on USB "C" end)...Needs to be formatted,Windows XP won't format drive, had to format on Windows 10 to make useable.

These are really affordable and a great deal. I am always out of storage on my phone and I'm old school and like my stuff on a flash drive, not in some cloud I can't even get to pull up. Bad side of these so far is after a couple minutes of use, and LOTS of pictures and videos added, it decides to tell me there is nothing on this device. I pretty much had a panic attack. I figured it out though. You have to unmount the device (sometimes it will immediately mount itself back) so I wait a few seconds and let it mount back and then unmount it again and that seems to work okay. Once you have removed it completely, you can plug it back in and most of the time it will pull everything back up. I do however have one that doesn't work at all anymore and the other I have not used yet. It's pretty disappointing if you rely on it to keep your memories safe. Overall, they are pretty good. Just don't put anything on it you REALLY care about like I did, and you will be good.
