Exactly the same experience as another reviewer. Rusted right through the metal, look horrible, at the curved area. 10 year warranty but didn't last a year. Seller told me to go to Raptor to do the warranty claim, Raptor rep told me to go through the seller. Same as another reviewer. Got sick of the back and forth and threw in the towel. They're now going in the bin and trying to find better ones elsewhere.

The steps were easy to install. Maybe 25 mins each side. You could probably do it faster as I'm disabled. After a month of use, they are still tight and solid. They were very well priced and are extremely durable.. I would recommend these for anyone.

Update: The side steps, are rusting, and look horrible, at the curved part of the Bars. 10 year Warranty on coating, not sure about this, as The seller tells me to go to Raptor Series to do the Warranty claim, then the Raptor Series Reps, tell me to go through the Seller as they have to file the claim. (this has been going on back and forth since May 2023, almost 7 months) All I can say is my Step Sides started rust spots within the first year, and now look horrible.Awesome step sides, they are very sturdy, and look great on my 2020 Dodge Ram Sport... I would recommend to everyone looking to purchase these. Excellent price for the quality of the product!

Awsm steps.Took me(sunday warrior) about 1 hour to install so if your garage charges you more you know whom youre dealing with.Truck looks bitchin with this set on it.

Got email within 24 hours to confirm make, model, year and truck cab size. Box arrived in 3 days. Bars were well packaged to prevent damage. Installed by myself in about 2 hours (think I can shave 45 minutes off that time now that I know what I'm doing). Very sturdy and look great on truck.
