I used this for an animatronic project. I also purchased a speed controller as the rpms from the 2 available speeds were faster than desired. I used a 5 amp xfmr, but the draw was much less. 2 amp xfmr might be plenty, depending on application. If using a fuse link, 5 amps would be plenty. Included was a modular plug, but nothing else.The order came promptly. The unit performs as expected.
