Great upgrade, I always recommend getting the plastic stock pieces out wherever you can, Adds weight as well down low and build quality is good.

High quality steel 5mm extensions for the front or rear portal axles of the “Redcat” ascent 18 rock crawler RC.These come packaged in a small plastic bag with (2) axle extensions and (2) 5mm red anodized aluminum spacers.These are definitely Hobby Grade upgrade parts to be installed by hobbyists that are comfortable with disassembling their model and making modifications. There are no drawings or instructions included. It’s not a hard modification but, keep in mind you will be dealing with very small hex head screws, gears, bearings and cross pins. I installed this 5mm pair on the rear of my model and installed the 10 mm version pair on the front for added stability and extra steering angle.
