This kit enables you to remove and reinstall the bearing and ABS tone ring (reluctor) on the following vehicles:
For 4Runner: 1984-2002. Generations 1, 2, & 3
For Tacoma : 1995-2015. Generation 1 & 2 (Gen 2 requires that you use longer bolts, or order the available adapter)
For Tundra: 2000-2006 Generation 1
For T100: 1992-1997
For vehicles with external ABS tone rings:
The vehicles below all use the same ABS tone ring, which can be removed with this tool:

Certified technician of 20 plus years. Needed this tool to do a rear bearing job on a 2013 4runner SR5. No rust at all on the vehicle. Proceeded to do the repair and while I'm trying to separate bearing and axle, the bearing wouldn't budge. But you know what did?! I look down at the adapter plate and it's bending every time I give it more pressure on the 20ton press! With that being said. I had to put everything back together and lost money because this cheap tool did not perform! If you need this tool you better find a high quality one elsewhere!
