This 8.66-inch rear seat display is fantastic! It supports wireless CarPlay, Android Auto, and seat heat control—so convenient. Great value for the price: it’s easy to install, customer support is excellent, and it works exactly as advertised. I installed it over the weekend and was blown away by the quality of the 7-inch screen. My son loves having his own entertainment for car rides. When I got it, I couldn't wait to experience it. But it only took me a few minutes to discover the problem. The machine heats up and there is a high delay when you click the button, which is really frustrating. I can't continue using it anymore.

I couldn't find any entrance to get help. In fact, I was locked while using it and had a heating issue, but no one could solve it.
