If you aren’t handy and have no tools don’t buy this. The fit is terrible. I ended up having to bend it, drill and Dremel out the bolt holes and used 4 good rubber washers.

I could fit two of the four screws becsuse the holes don't line up...but it still seems pretty solid with only two bolts holding it on....but...don't overload it....

It works but I essentially had to smash the plates that make contact with the bike and warp them to be more rounded to fit correctly on a 2014 yamaha bolt. It works but a ton of work to get that suckered on there. Plus I was planning to bolt something to the top of it using the two guide holes but unfortunately they are tiny and took 10 times more work to get bolts on the device as well.
