Full disclosure: I got this particular pull-starter to replace an older one of the same size that I had custom-painted to match one of my parade mini-bikes. NOTE THAT I USED ONLY THE INTERNAL MECHANISM FROM THIS UNIT and placed it into my custom-painted housing from the other starter (which is basically identical). Also, I did not use the spark plug from this kit because I only needed the pull-starter, but I'm sure I will use it eventually. Its packaging and brand name are included in the picture below.That said, the pull-starter works about as well as you'd expect, but I recommend being gentle-ish with ones like this. Of course, they are only a few bucks to replace, so breaking one is no big deal, but I sure do wish the coil spring was a little bit more rugged. However, I do like this one better than my original because the handle is molded semi-hollow, making it more easy to use in a repair situation than on some similar units with a solid-molded handle (such as when taking up slack is necessary).Go for it. These are just fine and the price is right.

I broke my stock assembly in very cold weather. I was pleased when this bolted right on and had my kart going in minutes. Very durable, metal cover with a tight spring. Works great!!

Exactly as described. Perfect bolt on for a 212 and 224 Predator engine. Works great, and includes three new bolts. Good value and well made. Happy with this!
