I LOVE THIS DESK ! it’s very sturdy and has lots of room !! I never leave reviews but wanted to show that the hutch CAN be used on the opposite side! That’s what kept me from buying this for over 3 weeks - I finally just took the chance on it being able to be used other than how it was pictured and it was also super simple !! Both sides of the desk are the same size so once I got the hutch part together i simply put it on the desired side and attach it with two L shape brackets ( brackets & screws included with this ) so I just wanted everyone to see that YES IT CAN VERY EASILY BE USED ON BOTH SIDES :)It was so simple to put together with clear pictures on the directions and everything was clearly numbered! VERY EASY TO PUT TOGETHER and im not even very educated - it takes some time but it’s simple - I ordered the matching bookshelf and it’s arriving today I’m going to move the desk down and put the bookshelf in the corner next to it . It’s perfect! ITS MORE BEAUTIFUL IN PERSON ! I feel like the pictures don’t do it justice!Very good value !! BUY IT !!! great companyEverything was also packed well !

Really pleased with this desk. Didn't need anything too expensive and this office set-up priced just right. Directions easy to follow. No missing parts and labeled as stated.

Unfortunatly this desk was not at all what we expected. THe quality of the wood was horrible and anytime you moved the desk it would tear. I also had a horrible experiance with trying to return the item. We are prime members and it said free returns. When asking to return item bc the wood is damaged amazon said we would have to reach out to the company. We paid $599.99 plus tax and they offered us $45 to NOT return the item do to the weight and possble risk of more damage. We obviously said that isn't a good deal for us. I don't understand how $45 is enough. Then after we package this extreamly heavy item and all the work to try and get a lable and schedule a pick up they said we need to take pictures of the item. I was unable to unpackage this heavy box plus it would ruin the box. Its so unfortunate that Amazon couldn't help me more- this is by far the worst experiance I have had with Amazon. It truly shouldn't have been as difficult. I think amazon should make it more clear that they work with a 3rd party so people can know that it will be more difficult.

I ordered this because my “office” is in my bedroom. I wanted a desk that looked like home furniture not office furniture. In that way, this desk definitely hits the mark. The details, such as hardware and decorative details, are beautiful. I put this together myself, except for the heavy lifting when I needed to put the hutch on top. I am almost 60 and petite with multiple painful orthopedic conditions, so being able to assemble it myself tells you the quality. Every hole, dowel and piece of hardware matched up perfectly. Not one screw was difficult to tighten. I feel this is a great value. I now have tons of storage, a place for everything and a desk that looks beautiful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a home office desk.

I purchased this desk for my new space at home. It looks perfect on the corner. Sturdy, perfect size, the color is cream, but a nice ranch style. I wouldn't consider it easy to assemble, I would say, you must have the skills and patience. I am very pleased with this purchase.

LOT of work to put together haha but soooo worth it! I absolutely love the desk and the hutch! Very beautiful and sturdy. The desk came in 2 pieces (arrived separately from one another so sit tight), the hutch came in one box. Hutch was quick to put together, the desk took me longer than i'd like to admit but the finished product is such a great outcome!

What a joy to put together. I got the L-shaped desk and hutch. Arrived well packed without damage. Instructions were easy to follow. I laid out all the parts and hardware A-Z and had no problems whatsoever. And I’m 60! Everything fit together perfect and end result looks beautiful and sturdy.
