I didn’t mean to purchase the item (kit the wrong button) because a similar item was available locally for a little more. I was going to return it until I realized how much better the quality is that what I bought local.

We purchased Reflectix as window Insulation on our RV after reading tons of reviews on ways to cool down our rig during the summer months. A few weeks ago it reached over 100 degrees and we managed to stay cool and save tons of money on our electric bill due to Reflectix! It was SUPER easy to cut and install. I noticed a difference within seconds after putting it up. We've had zero issues since our purchase and couldn't imagine being in this heat without it. Thank you, Reflectix!

The customer service provided by this company, Trade Winds, is exceptional. I use this for the windows in my house and car to keep the hot Arizona sun out. I had a problem with my order so I contacted the company. I talked to a live person, they were very friendly, and I was immediately taken care of. Would highly recommend!

I live with my elderly parents in the home I grew up in and which they purchased new in 1970. Since that time, nothing has been done to upgrade the windows in the home and little else has been upgraded or changed either. My father refuses to run the AC below 81-82F in our very hot Texas summers. I have the hottest bedroom in the entire home. I am not allowed a portable AC or a window AC so for the last 5 years I have just sweltered in here...to the extent it was wreaking havoc on my health. I described the situation to someone I'd met online and he suggested I try this and thank God I did! This stuff has made living in this home almost bearable. I will still be very happy when I can get the hell out of here (think prison with my father the warden) in my own place again but at least I am not so hot now that I faint or pass out, which has happened a few times. I no longer have to sit here sopping sweat up with paper towels or not wearing any clothing just to try to stay a little cooler. This stuff has made the room very dark, which is okay with me, but also cooled it down considerably. I cannot say exactly how much but if I had to guess I'd say at least 10 degrees. I am comfortable now even though the AC has not been lowered, and I was hurting badly before. Thanks to my friend for suggesting this and thanks to the company who provided it. It is an absolute lifesaver in my case!!
