2022 Yamaha MT-07OEM foot pegs have a rubber top to them. Wanted a more grated metal peg for the rear sets. I feel the rubber dampens the feeling. Like when driving, you feel through the steering and the pedals. Well for me the rearset pegs are how I feel.Installation, removing the OEM pegs was an issue for me. The left side pegs, the pin was obstructed by the shift lever. SO I needed to remove the shift lever which was nothing more than a hex bolt. Then bending the cotter pin and pulling it threw.Right side (break side), the complex portion was positioning the cotter pin, then using a standard screwdriver to bend the pin and pulling it threw the hole.Install was nothing more then hooking one end of the spring into the hole and the other over the peg edge. Then dropping the post through.Once the pegs were installed into the rearsets, the feel was there. It improved the ride for me.Size, well judge for yourself off the pictures.Weight, Negligible change in the positive (meaning reduction of weight.)Worth it? Absolutely for many different reasonsIn the one pic, the feeler of the OEM peg is bent, I am thinking that the factory was damaged because there is zero damage to the bike (bought new, 2022)

Fits the same as other expensive models and is cheaper. Make your bike look slick and show it off to your biker friends.

If you're looking for foot pegs to replace the rubber-topped ones stock with your motorcycle, these are a good choice. However, it must be kept in mind that they do not come with the peg, which other replacements I've dealt with do include -- which isn't the biggest deal unless that is experiencing excess wear, in which case good luck locating just that. And they don't come with the absolutely consumable item, the cotter pins which ultimately hold the foot pegs on. At least those can be easily acquired, though it seems a little forethought on the part of the manufacturer would consider the convenience of adding a pair with the set.Use thread locker of some sort. There's an Allen-head screw which loosens so you can adjust the angle of the textured top, but it loosens easily. Figure out what angle you want the top to be, and then tighten that screw. The pair I received had one loose screw, and the top of the other was set at an odd angle. That also means that checking whether they've come loose becomes part of your pre-ride checks. Add the right hex key to your tool kit, too, in case one decides to loosen on the road.Otherwise, once you've taken precautions for those ultimately minor issues, these are a good pair of foot pegs. They're sturdy, grip your boots decently enough, and don't go slick like the rubber on the stock ones. I do recommend getting them, just again, realize you'll need to do just a little more than slipping them in place and riding indefinitely.

As I mentioned earlier, the front pegs I bought for my street bike are of good quality and well-made. They were also easy to install and took very little time. We managed to put them in place in less than 30 minutes and without any scratches or damages. However, after using them for a few weeks, I feel that they are a bit small for my liking. I prefer wider front pegs that provide more surface area for my shoe to rest on. But all things considered, I think they are a good purchase, and I would recommend them to my friends -. What is comfortable for me might not be comfortable for everyone else. After all, everyone has their own preferences when it comes to their motorcycles, and riders know this all too well. If you're not a rider, well, tough luck!
