The form factor of the replacement excellently matched my device. With a video I found, installing replacement was straightforward. The problem though is the touchpad does not work. The Device Manager recognizes the touchpad as a 12C HID Device but the Properties check states "The device returned an invalid HID descriptor" which despite uninstalling the driver and reinstalling, the problem persists.

Came quickly and in reasonable condition. But not brand new as advertised. Had adhesive and signs of prior use. As others experienced I sadly also had a touch pad that isn't working. It's a lot of work to remove the computer parts and reassemble on a replacement so I may just plug in a wireless mouse. Should have been advertised and priced as used.

Completely dissapointed with this product. First time replaced and the TouchPad doesn't work. Put back the original and it works. Order another from warranty coverage and I have the same issue. Buyer beware.
