Product extremely cheaply made. Doesn’t quite fit and the tabs shear off if you try to turn the adjustment knob one time. Do not buy this product.

I know the description says it is 3d printed, but this makes it too brittle and fragile.The first replacement worked fine for a while, until I set the dumbbell down a little too hard and it broke.Since it lasted 6 months, I ordered another one. This one broke off the internal tabs while installing it.Thus, be aware, while it may technically work, it's very fragile.

This product worked for awhile; but broke after roughly 3 months. It resurrected the Selectech dumbell for that time. Instead of buying again; I found a replacement handle on Amazon. Not made by Bowflex. But, it works well and the remaining disks in the old handle are originals. I can use those to repair one of my other sets if one breaks. Full disclosure: I have several sets of bowflex dumbells and they get used every day. So, I do run them hard. A more casual user might get 6 months to a year out of the replacement disk.

This is the second disc I’ve purchased from this manufacturer. Shame on me. This one literally fell apart with the weight of the disc. Take good look at the image. This is neither injection molded or high strength plastic. Don’t waste your money and time rebuilding your dumbbell with this. One star rating is only because there is no zero!
