When my HP Laptop (Model 17-cn 0053ci) keys started to fall out and I was unable to get replacement keys that would work, I thought I'd have to replace the entire laptop. Then I did a search on Amazon and found the exact replacement part. With the help of my grown son, I able to replace the entire keyboard in about an hour. An hour may seem long but give it was our first time and there are many small machine screws to remove and then replace, not unexpected. And it works perfectly!Not only did this save me from having to purchase an entire new laptop, but the time and effort of backing up, transferring and restoring six or seven years worth of work! 5*

Used this to replace keyboard to our 17-cn0021nr. Did not work for us. I acknowledge there could be user error in installation. However, the build quality is great. 4-Stars.
