Do as following steps
Step 1
All keycaps need to Be carefully removed and installed to avoid damage to keycaps and white hinges.
Step 2
2. If the white hinge can work well, you install the keycaps, first aim at the buckle at the lower end of the keycap, and then gently press the upper end. (Please do not press directly, it is easy to break the keycap)

The product title and images are very misleading. I was expecting a full set of keyboard keys plus the scissor clips/hinges. I received only a set of the scissor hinges. Yes, I now realize the product description states this, but the images and title made me believe this was a complete set of keycaps + hinges.
