Love the flower shape. It's dishwasher safe, which is great. Over time, though, the clasp has begun to loosen and allow tea leaves to escape.

The packaging is very cute and it works for the most part, but there is a gap between the two halves that is big enough for tea to escape from. I was looking for a mesh tea infuser that would work for finer teas without any leakage, but this didn’t provide that. Maybe mine was defective, but either way, I’m going to have to return it. I really wish I could’ve loved it, since everything else about it is great.Also, in case the company actually sees this review, I tried contacting the email you provided in case there’s a possible defect (support@lilyandbee.com), and it doesn’t exist…

Great product, very clean and the shape of this is one of a kind. The packaging is also a bonus, because it’s packaged so well with nice details making it a perfect gift on its own.

Very disappointed, clasp to close the ball broke after 1 use! Would send it straight back but I threw out the packaging.

When my internal strainer for my teapot broke, I was heartbroken. I LOVE my teapot and despite a few parts being held together with super glue, I cannot let it go. But when the main part of it broke, I started looking for a replacement. I couldn't find one that I liked, and prices have gone up since I purchased my $14 teapot. I decided to buy something that would hold me over until I got to an area with a tea shop.But now I love this thing and I have no desire to replace my teapot. It works even better than the strainer did, which often let little particles get through. It seals very well and I haven't had any issues with leaves seeping out. I like that it hooks onto the side of the glass, which makes it easy to fish out.It also comes with a resting plate that you can use to place the pod on so you don't oversteep your tea. I've never used it as I brew multiple pots with one set of leaves and so don't mind it strong because I just dilute it if necessary.Packaging is beautiful, though I would prefer a little bit more minimalist for the environment. I will acknowledge there's a lot of pressure for small businesses to have very elaborate packaging and it's a selling point. It's just my personal preference.

I wanted to wait and write this review after I made several cups of various teas. I can now say I’m happy with my purchase. This holds a good amount of tea and it’s easy to fill, close and rinse when done steeping. Black and Green whole leaf teas work best with this infuser. Some of my finer ground herbal and Rooibos teas did escape through the mesh filter a bit but nothing too bad. I must say the packaging is very adorable! This was a nice addition to my tea supplies.

Perfect size for what I wanted. I use a larger cup at work and the normal sized tiny little tea infusers just aren't big enough to make the flavors just right. And if you're an avid tea drinker you know exactly what I mean.The design is sturdy. The flower shape adorable. And easy to get in and out of my cup! Great product. Easy to clean.

Opening the package was such a gift in itself. The infuser was inside a beautiful box and beneath a lovely paper lotus that unfolded to reveal a beautiful affirmation. I’ve used my infuser every day since I received it, and I love it! It is the perfect size to brew a single cup or more of tea.This would make the perfect gift for any tea lover — truly. :)
