These rice ball molds are a must have you have a toddler or a kid that is a picky eater at home! I initially found these on a YouTube video showing how to make cute bento box lunches and so I bought one. Not only do they make dinner cuter, but they make bite size rice balls that are not only easier to eat, but also cleaner since all of the rice is stuck together. 10/10 mom recommended!

Small and lightweight, but does the trick! This makes the cutest little bite-sized rice balls. The tool itself is small but very wasy to use. I chose to hand-wash mine for fear it might not be able to withstand the dishwasher or that it might warp with the heat due to the lighter-weight plastic. It does work as described though, and the small included rice spatula was a nice plus. It's much smaller than a standard rice spatula, but it does dish up exactly the ammount needed for each cavity in the rice ball tool. It's not the highest quality of plastic, but it does work and I had a lot of fun making tiny bite-sized rice balls. For that I give 5 stars.

No. This kitchen accessory, when used per the instructions works poorly, if at all. I was just wasting my nice Sushi Rice, and even an alternative technique failed miserably to achieve a remotely satisfactory result.While I could, I just rolled up a few Sushi Rolls with a completely different accessory that DOES work.Save you time, and ignore this Rice Ball maker.

This product is budget-friendly, but I found it difficult to work with. My main issue was an inability to compress the rice sufficiently. The device lacks rigidity, which prevents proper compaction, especially with less sticky rice varieties. While it performs passably with sticky or sweet rice, it's not really functional for other types.

I saw this on tiktok and jumped at the chance to try it. The included rice scoop is TINY and adorable. The shaker makes rice balls about an inch or so in diameter. Tiktok makes it look a lot more straightforward than it ended up being for me. I had no issues for the first and second load of each batch of rice but then they stopped sticking together and I still haven' t figured out why. But when I can get it to work they are very cute and fun, especially for my littles and my husband. One thing that keeps throwing me off is it is shaped in such a way that I keep expecting it to snap shut but It doesn't. I think I'll keep it until it breaks or until it's not exciting to my kids anymore.

The rice ball maker works great. The instructions are easy to follow. It comes with a scoop for easily removing the rice and adding it to the mold. The size of the ball are great, not too big and not too small. The plastic seems to be sturdy and well-made. This rice ball mold is super handy and works just like it should! It even comes with a cute little rice spatula.You scoop some rice into the 3 compartment and close mold. Then you shake it side to side, in about 15 seconds, you’ve got perfect little rice balls; no more messy hands. My son loves dipping his rice into soup based food, and before, we had to squeeze tiny rice balls by hand, which was tedious and messy. Now, it’s so much easier, and he can even do it himself!Definitely a great kitchen tool for making quick and neat rice balls.

A good value for the cost. This rice ball maker works great and my toddler loves shaking it to make the rice balls. It is very easy to use. CAUTION: I would not recommend putting this in the dishwasher and handwash only
