Works great, wear a BBQ mitt to handle while over food while cooking. Some times it feels too small to hold. This is my second one. first one I had for several years.I dropped the first one a few times and then it stopped working.

Very handy. Actually keep this in my survival bag It seems accurate when doing a side by side comparison with other thermometers. It has many applications and seems well made. Good temperature range. The swivel head is a feature many others don't have. Does the job but there are probably cheaper options out there that are just as good.

This is a very good product, I love it so much.It's quick and easy to use, and it's very accurate (I compared it with a platinum resistance thermometer).Downside is that the battery sometimes doesn't make good contact with the metallic piece it should meet, I had to insert a piece of tissue in there to push the battery in the direction of the contact point.

Works as described after I put a new battery in it. This is the only digital thermometer I've been able to find that has a swivel head, this needs to be read from a position way off the ground so being able to turn the readout 180deg is huge!One let-down, it arrived dead as a door pin, tested the battery, output was 0.788 volts when it needs to be 1.5v. LR44 or 357 works as a replacement.
