while tightening the wheel on a shaft, the set screw stripped threads. Need to re-tap it. Otherwise good.

First off, the main issue with this product. The hex screw that comes with this wheel is not the correct size for the threading. When attached to the shaft, the screw would spin freely instead of tightening the wheel on the shaft, leaving the wheel unsecured and wobbly."How did I fix it?" You may be asking.I went to my local hardware store to find a replacement screw but none seemed to fit. Ended up going with a steel screw of a slightly larger diameter than the hole, and driving it through the aluminum to thread it. That worked to keep it somewhat tight on my project, and it has stood up so far. It still should not have been this much hassle to get it attached fully.Other than that, the neoprene is grippy enough and the wheel is solid.

Too heavy for my application I should have asked how heavy the wheels were before I bought them not the sales person’s fault but mine but your service was outstanding

These are arguably some of the best robot wheels I have used in any of my experiments. Very nice weight with 3M screw holes to hold to 6mm D shafts with no wobble. Excellent grip on a smooth laminate floor surface with very little slip. I'm very happy with these!
