I bought two of these mics worked fine at the one of them quit working I thought it was the cable but after checkout with 4 different cables I determined it was the mic itself in the on off I need a way to get a refund on the one thank you

I bought my microphones for my karaoke because the karaoke machines always bring plastic microphones which are not good enough to sing with them. I am very pleased with the quality of my new Rockville microphones, they are all I need for my karaoke machine they sound great and I strongly recommend them.
