This kit is complete except for bolts to attach to the trailer frame. No directions but it is simply remove and replace like components.

Bought to replace the 2500 lb axles on my boat trailer. The overall fit was an exact match to my old hangers. So I didn't need to use the hangers in this kit. Received great customer service as I had to contact them to get one of the hub caps replaced. They also delivered on time.
