Arrived exactly as described and pictured. It is a perfect fit for the Suburban SW6DE 6-gallon water heater in our travel trailer. It only took a few minutes to remove the old anode rod and install one of these. We consider it an added bonus that a wrench was included for completing the installation.These appear to be of good quality, and now we have an extra one to keep for a backup. I believe these rods will serve their intended purpose well, but should any unforeseen issues arise with further usage, I will definitely come back and update this review.

If you have an RV with a hot water heater chances are it has an anode like this. If it does and this suits your model water heater you'll want to replace this every year. Take out the old one in the fall when you winterize and insert the new one in the spring. Can't go wrong with this if it fits your heater.

At first I thought it was the heating element for my hot water heater. After researching, I understand what it is and why it's needed. My water unit was leaking around this device. I replaced it and all is good now.
