I have a small face and I love my kid-sized sports mask. It fits more securely than any of the other masks on the market. I wanted to wear it even in situations where valved masks were not allowed. These caps fit very securely on there. Since these are pretty rare (I've never seen anyone else with a converted valve mask), I've had mixed responses to them. One airline did ban me from using the mask with the caps installed, because the mask itself was originally a valved mask. However, in a hospital when they asked me about them, when they heard the valves were capped off, they were fine with it. If you intend on wearing this in a sensitive situation, have a lightweight second mask to put over it on standby in case they don't like it.
