For using my weed trimmer, I wear a simple headgear that takes these replacement flat polycarbonate face shields. I also wear safety glasses under the face shield because occasionally a piece of debris gets around the shield – and because this type of shield doesn’t provide a high level of impact protection from a flying rock. Over time, debris hitting the plastic makes a shield less and less transparent and I tend to forget that they need to be replaced - except when out working with them. These Saillong face shields fit the mounting pins and locks on my cheap headgear just fine. The shields were a bit too wide to fit between the adjustment knobs on the sides of my headgear, but it was a simple task to cut away the excess material with metal shears or heavy scissors to get a good fit. Look at the mounting hole configuration in the photo on the Amazon product description page. If the hole pattern looks the same as your existing shield, these should fit your headgear just fine. They come with protective plastic film on both sides. Once that is removed these lenses are crystal clear.These are excellent replacement face shield lenses.

I Used this shield for full face protection when woodworking on my lathe as well as the required double eye protection for metal grinding. Its a perfect fit for the frame. I noticed no visual flaws and its easy to install. Its as durable as the original, and since clarity is obviously important, I will say i ONLY needed to change mine out b/c I stepped on it on the concrete floor as I couldnt see it at all great value for the cost, comfortable to wear and with a application of rainex anti fog your breathe wont fog it up when in use.
