I ordered these in a 10.5 since my usual size 11 wasn’t available. They fit fine, but the straps are tight. My feet aren’t fat, just long, so I was surprised that the straps dug in so much. They seemed okay at first, but after just 10 minutes, they left deep marks, which was disappointing and uncomfortable. For some reason the bottom and sides of my feet got really red looking as well. I dont know if that was a reaction to someone that was used on the canvas or what, but if you look at the pictures you will see that it looks very red, and that is NOT how my foot normally looks. Once I took them off and washed my feet the redness eent away so idk what it was but it was weird and never had that happen before. I know ballet shoes should be snug, but the straps and sides shouldn’t dig in this much. I might even cut them off and sew in satin laces instead.Otherwise, the shoes are nice. The canvas is breathable, the split sole offers good flexibility, and they’re easy to slip on.Overall, they’re decent, but if you have sensitive feet, be aware that the straps might dig in more than expected.As an Amazon Vine member, I provide honest, real reviews to help others make informed decisions. Size down a half size at least. I usually wear an 8 in street shoes, but in these I could have worn a 7.5 or maybe a 7.The inside and outside are canvas, but the inside of the black canvas is lined in a plastic-y fabric that makes noise when you move against it and is uncomfortable.

These are comfortable and feel very similar to the brand and style I typically wear while teaching ballet. The elastic doesn't squeeze too much and the canvas feels pretty durable. The soles are nice padded for spinning, brushing, etc. while still being able to feel the floor. I wear a 9.5 street shoe and ordered the size recommended. The left shoe fits perfectly. The right shoe (my slightly smaller foot) is a bit loose, so much so that I feel like I'm sliding in the shoe. The ballet shoes I typically wear are a tiny bit snug on the left foot, but fit the right foot without my foot moving around in the shoe. Since there's no elastic, which I also prefer, it would be nice if the shoe size erred on the smaller end of the 9.5 spectrum.

The design of the SANGEESON ballet slippers is great. I prefer the design without drawstrings, and I love that the elastic is criss-cross. The canvas upper is good and the split-sole design definitely helps while flexing and arching your feet. Ballet dancers go through so many shoes so it’s nice to find an option that costs less than the big brands.

You know how annoying it is to have to tuck inside your shoe those coarse drawstrings left over after tying! Tuck no more because these SANGEESON ballet shoes do not have drawstrings. Instead they have 2 criss-crossed elastics at the ankles. And they are already SEWN IN....Imagine that...how classy! The ballet shoes are so comfortable when I take class and the size chart provided is true to size. I will definitely buy another pair!

Wearing these in the dancing class. Not a long dancing session, but for a few hours long dancing, these are rather comfortable. They are not digging to the feet while still providing enough support. They fit but not a perfect fit. You can feel the difference when it is not snuggly fit especially when you are running around and they kind of fall behind. I will say it all depends on the shape of your feet.
