Working height is defined as the highest elevation that the working surface can be raised. It is not the possible height short or tall people might reach. I complained a year ago about this misleading ad along with many others and Amazon did nothing. Therefor Amazon is complicit with misleading ads.

Platform height only four feet. Not 9 ft. Light weight but didn't use, once I saw the misleading height
