Put this on a voltage meter and there was no current - went through the process of returning it & getting a replacement - had to drop the return at the UPS dropbox because it was out of hours - never got tracked and I got charged for both - probably more of a UPS issue than the store but if the first one had worked I would not have needed to replace it.
