It is comfortable for an open water swim and keeps your core warm while swimming. I ordered the largest size with fingers crossed that it would fit. It did fit and the fit was perfect. To the manufacturer please make these to fit older women. I have been trying to find a wet suit that fits me. I have ordered the largest women’s size 3X in a wet suit that was long sleeve and one that was sleeveless. Both were too small. iThere are many of us who participate in Masters Swimming. I wore it to a swim and two women in their 70’s asked me where I got this vest. It was too small for both of them.
