Found weevils in my pricey rice and near lost my mind. This container was a terrific option to store rice safely in the pantry without worry. The construction is designed well for function whether you need it for grains, rice, pet food, etc. The seal is good, might maybe be a bit better, but it is good enough for what I needed it for.

I’ve been using this canister to hold my instant oats and so far so good, I don’t have any complaints. The lid with the cup and spout has been perfect to pour my oats out and has made preparing my meals much easier than how I had been storing it before which was in the package folded over with a clip to secure it. It has been keeping it fresh also and the material of the plastic feels sturdy and not cheap. I recommend this canister to anyone looking for a dependable one for their food storaging needs.

This container is great to hold grains, cereals, flour, cornmeal, etc. It has a clear hard plastic body and colored plastic top. The top has a large pour spout with lid and a small opening with holes and a pop on lid for freshness. It alao has a pop down handle to make it easy to carry. Iseems to be pretty durable, it has measurements on the side and the design works. The price is average for this type of item.

I got this container to store oatmeal. We use a lot of oatmeal at our house, and we buy it in very large bags that are unwieldy to take in and out of the pantry. We've been using an empty cardboard oatmeal container, but I figured we could use something a bit sturdier.This container is made of a hard plastic material. The lid clips on securely and has a pour spout as well as a smaller perforated opening. The included cup acts as the lid for the spout, and it twists and locks on. This is a nice container that holds a LOT of oatmeal, and has measurement markings on the side. It's big, but not too big to pull out of the pantry each day. It seems to be well-made and I think it will last quite a while.

I ordered this container because I needed a solution to my kids always putting cereal back in the pantry completely open.I’ve been able to fit a medium sized box of breakfast cereal in this container and it stays fresh. The container is solid and closes securely. It also washes well in the dishwasher!No more early morning arguments about stale cereal anymore! Definitely recommend

Just wanted something simple to keep my rice in when I ordered this. I was pleasantly surprised when I got this.Container is strong.... Seems like thicker plastic than your average container bought at retail stores.Great width so it's easy to grab and pour. The attached measuring cup serves is an actual twist on cap so no chance of it popping off and spilling your ingredients. I love the look and color and is definitely a great space saver. Will order more for noodle storage.

This was delayed for shipping a bit. I like the canister, but its hard to get the lid to feel securely on. The lid clamps feel hard to get fully clipped on. I am using this for cat food so a small amount closer to the food dish, rather than in a lock box in my pantry to keep my smart and very determined kitties out. I will be able to hide this in a drawer tat fortunately they cannot open. I was able to pour from the container but it was difficult to keep the top from popping off. I feel safer pouring a small amount into the measurement cup round top opening. It just all feels flimsy, but I think it will work fine with time.For this price I expected better design of the lid. Everything works and doesn't have any funny odors, but I would not trust the handle for anything. I would not use for human food but pet dry food should be nice for shout periods as I am uncertain if this locks well enough to keep insects but long term. Insects and other desert critters have to be pernicious to survive, but I do not think scorpions or ants or other things can get for the short term. If this is your plan these should work just fine.
