The See All circular glass indoor convex security mirror is a circular, convex, glass mirror that reflects a wide angle image at a diminished size to extend a field of view to help a person see around obstacles for safety, or monitor a wide area for efficient surveillance. Glass is scratch resistant, withstands frequent cleaning, and reflects a clear, bright image. The mirror comes with a swivel mounting bracket that makes the mirror adjustable to a wide range of angles. It has a tempered hardboard backing for good strength-to-weight ratio in indoor applications. Tempered hardboard is a high-density fiberboard that has been coated with linseed oil and then baked to increase its water resistance, rigidity, and tensile strength.

Safety mirrors are used to help increase visibility in a variety of locations; for example, in hallway intersections and sharp turns, and in driveways and loading docks where drivers have to back up or enter traffic. Safety mirrors are sometimes called security mirrors, and they can be used to extend the view of security personnel, or to help monitor factory workers and automated processes to improve quality control and productivity. For convex mirrors, objects will appear to be further away than they are, and will be easier to see in a larger mirror. Depending on visibility conditions and the viewer's eyesight, objects will usually be recognizable within about 1 ft. of distance (including distance from eye to mirror, and from mirror to object) for each inch in mirror diameter.

See All Industries manufactures safety and security mirrors. The company, founded in 1958, is headquartered in Chicago, IL.

Very good mirror and good quality. I wonder how well it will hold up to thrown beer bottles though.

I bought these so I can see where I Park in my garage it's a tight fit I have read reviews that the back was made out of cardboard so I know with humidity the cardboard will get soft so I sprayed Flex Seal in the rear of the mirror on top of the cardboard and now it's really weatherproof and durable and spray Flex Seal all the way around the top of the black trim just to see if it's going to hold up I left it outside in the rain and it did the job

It does the job for my tight garage parking. Right size for my garage 6x2.8x2.6M dimension. In fact I bought two as I needed visual guidance on the right side and the front side of the car as I am on the left side of the car as the driver, I can see my left side. I positioned one mirror on the upper right wall on an bracket, the other one on the front shelf. The angle does turn but to limit. It only turns about 10 - 15 degrees, so beyond that you have to adjust the angle of how you screw it to fixed base. So that's what I did. It only comes with one screw for the convex mirror, but to attach to a base, you have to supply your own screws. Luckily I have some spare screws/bolts lying around. In summary, it does the job. It's cheaper than most other convex mirror offers for 12" size. But it could use a wider angle allowance for adjustment, and it lacks 2 screws for the base. That's why it's only 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

I put it in the garage so I could have a good view of the front passenger side as I drive into the garage and make sure I have plenty of clearance. I hung it off the end of the right door track, It wiggles slightly when the door opens, but stops when the door is fully open. Great visibility. I'm going to paint the inside edge of the opening fluorescent orange to help see it in the mirror.

It's a convex mirror that mounts on a wall; no moving parts, not difficult to do and was very easy to mount. Backing was good for indoors; all I had to provide the screws for the wall mounting but that was easy enough. I use this in my garage to assist parking my new truck. My super cab Ford is LONG. It only leaves me 6 inches of clearance in my garage for parking (could get an extended garage unfortunately!). So I use this as I pull forward and come very close to the wall; along with the hanging ball but I still like to see how close I am to a wall. All in all; it works great!

Disappointing mounting hardware. Directions could be better. Mirror quality is fine. I use this indoors at the front end of a one car garage in my condo. Wanted to make sure there was adequate clearance on each side as the car drives in. Does provide good clearance visibility. Did screw it into the wall, but would not position well. I put a shelf under it so it positioned properly.A good safety item but needs improved hardware. Mfg saved a few cents, and made it a lesser item.

I bought this because I have cats that often find places to hide that concern me. IE I have a new massage chair and I worry that they will lay underneath the ottoman part that automatically goes down to the floor when the massage is finished. Now I can see if there under there when the chair goes back down. This came fast and packaged extremely carefully and securely.

I have a hydraulic lift in my garage. While it is easy to drive most cars onto the lift, some of my very narrow wheelbase vintage cars present a challenge straddling the center opening between the rails. They fit but I was concerned that I would veer into the center section. This mirror allows me to view the front wheels of the cars as I drive them onto the ramp and solves this problem. The mirror is very reflective with a great range of view. The system is nicely constructed and should last forever. The included mounting hardware made it a snap to install. This is a very good product.

This mirror works very well. It is super easy to install and even easier to adjust or set the angle you want. It is really well built with quality parts(i.e. the mounting hardware). I am very pleased.
