ok for what I needed I think, but I wish they had a better seal. The ones at walmart are a better pick but these are cheaper. Your cookies will be stale.

I love my new cookie jar! It holds a lot of cookies and looks great on my counter top. The lid is absolutely airtight.

I bought these jars for dog treats and I liked them so well I bought a third. These keep the treats fresh and they hold a lot more than the typical dog treat jar. I imagine you could use them for just about anything.

This cookie jar is quite big and lovely and heavy, fits about 3 dozen fresh baked chocolate chip cookies or perhaps more. Seals nicely and allows you to fill it easily.
