Accelera X Grip
The Accelera X Grip is a touring, winter tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs. It also has some high performance sizes as well. The detailed directional tread pattern and the winter weather compound boost the ice and snow traction. The numerous groove pattern avoids hydroplaning during its performance. The tire is studded which can be added to further increase the winter grip. The better surface contact upgrades the controllability, while the siping placement shortens the braking distance. The X Grip promotes a fuel efficient driving experience by reducing the rolling resistance with the internal structure’s lighter weight.

I put these on our "zip code" car, a locally driven Dodge van. Nice and round, no mounting problems, working good on slick roads and in (so far this year) light snow. These are not questionable Chinese tires. They are made by an Indonesian-based company that started making tires in 1997 (that’s 28 years in business). The wife says they are a bit noisy to her, but I don't notice anything crazy. Bottom line; great for the value packed price.

Everyone I have give a ride to, I make sure they know that love these tires. They have made many adventures possible and I am full of gratitude for them. I placed them on a 2-3ton van, and did I mention that I love them? These gave me grip in the city and the freeway when others around me were spinning out. Great buy. I came back to get ANOTHER set for the future and am very sad to see them sold out.

Shipped fast and right to our door step. For the price they are actually pretty decent tires for the 1000 dollar beater we have especially when you'll spent 6-800 at a tire shop. They have a cool tire tread pattern, look good on the car, run smooth down the highway, and drive great on the slick roads!

Ordered tires, had them put on at mechanic shop professionally drove into town and took one 10hr trip and tires were loosing air. Took car back to mechanic and SURPRISE at least 12+ studs leaking all towards center of tire.These are defective tires, some may get lucky I’m sure as my back tires are ok …so far , but I’m not holding my breath, I now have to purchase 2 new tires (again) and that’s another $275 dollars !Sadly I had high hopes as they did work well for the first part of my trip in a snow storm.If you don’t know, in the photos look at the bubbles those are the leaks.
