Panic purchase when my yearling ripped her blanket the week of a dangerous storm. Smaller quarter horse 12mo & it fit her perfect. Would REC sizing up for bigger babies but very heavy, durable & strong. Very pleased.

I ordered this blanket in pink for my young filly for when the weather gets really nasty. The pink is incredibly vibrant, and it's definitely keeping her nice and warm. The proportions of the blanket are a little odd though. I currently have it on the tightest. It will go around her neck, and the neck fits very well around her, but the blanket does not go down her sides nearly as much as I would like it too. But, it's doing its job by keeping her warm and dry.

Ordered 2 blankets within a couple weeks of eachother the first one was perfect and as described … ordered the same one just in red and it’s definitely not the 1200 denier . Very disappointed especially since I had no choice but to use it to haul a horse .

Pros: Size worked for my small Shetland that normally takes about a 57" blanket. I think it would be a bit small for a pony needing more than a 58-59". Good thickness for a winter blanket for an already hairy pony. Hot pink color definitely makes the pony stand out in the field.Cons: The seam along the topline of the blanket is extremely poor construction and a terrible idea for a blanket that is supposed to be waterproof. Had I known it was constructed like this, I would have never purchased it. But by the time I opened it, I needed it and didn't have a back-up, so it will have to do for now. The front nylon buckle straps are not stiff enough to push through the keepers, so that's irritating. This blanket costs way more than it should for a low/med end pony blanket.Bottom line: Not worth the money for the (lack of) quality product I received. Won't purchase again.

Had freezing temperatures lately. Ordered a pink and black blanket for my yearling in hopes it would arrive before the rain. Not only is it beautiful and fit perfectly, It arrived 3 days early.
