This is a lovely rain chain, and it works well. I installed it today, replacing the downspout with the included adapter, and tested it with the garden hose. The wide petals capture water falling at each stage, and the butterflies work to capture most of the stray drops. It was easy to install myself, and looks superior to the DIY rain chain it replaced. Good quality, durably assembled, yet easy to modify length or butterfly placement.
