We are using these to anchor a steel building. Hopefully, they will remain in place. We shall see.

I used these anchors to attach my garage walls to the concrete slab as I did not want the j bolts placed when they poured the concrete. These anchors always work well.

Does exactly what it is intended to do. Easy to install provided you have a rotary hammer with a long bit and fastens securely. Simpson simply makes the best fastener's (my opinion based on experience) that just work.
