fine for lightweight or minimal setups, but i would be REALLY careful mounting anything with some weight to the top plate or top handle, as this cage flexes VERY easily. a monitor mounted on the top handle easily makes it flex if you need to adjust the position of the monitor.It really needs an additional point of contact on the top somewhere to help anchor it securely.

I really like the quality of this but I am switching which cage I have since I wanted another point of contact between the camera and the cage. This is still a great option though.

Product and Quality is great but , they just send me the cage. (WITHOUT THE TOP HANDLE)I Email them to fix this.. and there’s no answers..

Cage flexes under the weight of the camera and lens when held by the top handle.Wouldn't trust this for regular use.

J’ai acheté cette cage car j’ai eu un souci sur la précédente qui est la smallrig. J’ai perdu la petite vis supplémentaire qui permet de bien brider le boîtier dessus. Du coup, avec le gros zoom Fujinon MK 18-55 T2.9 qui est dessus le couvercle d’accès à la batterie se coince sur le châssis et s’ouvre très peu. En cherchant je suis tombé sur cette proposition que je viens d’essayer et qui est top. Il faut néanmoins bien remarquer que cette cage est une copie au moins aux 2/3 de celle de Smallrig mais avec les défauts en moins car il semble que Sirui les ai bien cernés. Par contre celle ci aussi possède une seconde vis et je ne suis pas certain que sans elle ce boitier serait plus rigide que l’autre. Voilà, sinon bonne pioche Sirui.

Fieldmonitor, Blitz, Stativ-Quick-Release usw, mit dem Kamera-Käfig passt nun si ziemlich alles an meine X-H2, was ich mir nur vorstellen kann.Die Materialqualität und die Passgenauigkeit sind, so ich das beurteilen kann sehr sehr gut, der Griff an der Oberseite liegt perfekt in der Hand und erlaubt klasse "Kamerafahrten".Dabei sitzt die Kamera super stabil und fest, absolut genial.

I don't do a lot of video, so I never saw the need for a camera cage in the past. I have now obtained cages for two cameras after a friend convinced me they offer some protection in keeping my camera bodies from getting bumped, scratched, or dented.This Sirui is my second cage. It is all metal and quite sturdy. It has many attachment points on all sides. It fits quite well and is very secure once attached. It allows easy access to the battery compartment and to all the buttons on my X-H2.My only complaint would be that I'd like to see a thin protective layer of rubber where the cage attaches to the bottom of the camera; I worry that in the long run, attaching and removing the cage, I'll likely scratch up that part of my camera.However, from what I can understand from youtube videos, this cage is pretty much like the Small Rig cage; at about $20 less, the Sirui is a better deal.

Der Kamerakäfig von SIRUI ist qualitativ sehr gut gemacht. Alle Kanten und Ecken sind abgerundet. Überall hat man Befestigungslöcher für Kamerazubehör. Die Schlaufe ist ebenfalls stabil und macht einen robusten Eindruck.Die Passform des Käfigs ist hervorragend. Er lässt sich an eine Fuji X-H2 perfekt anbringen.Bei einem Preis von 54 € (Stand 12.08.23) finde ich die Preis/Leistung sehr gut und ich kann den Kamerakäfig weiterempfehlen.

This full cage is similar to the other brands on the market. It has a good feature set and this is the first full cage I’ve owned. Every other brand I’ve bought have either been 1) just the bottom, 2) the bottom with an added grip, or 3) the bottom with added grip and side piece. This goes around all sides. The one weird thing to me is that it only attaches to the camera on the tripod mount. The top just rests on a rubber foot on the outside of the viewfinder area. I may be missing something, but I don’t believe there are any other mounting areas on the camera itself. This makes it feels a tad bit wobbly, but not alarmingly so. The cage itself has a ton of mounting positions, which is one of the reasons you would want this. For me, I like the protection it offers and the Arca Swiss mount it adds to the bottom of the camera. It also comes with a really cool handle for shooting video presumably. I can see this being very useful, but I don’t shoot much video. The price seems a bit high to me for what is essentially a few pieces of metal, but I guess it’s in line with the competition.

Just as good as the expensive brands. Even comes with a magnetic tool. Hand strap isn't the greatest...but not sure how many people even use one with a cage.

This is a perfect fit for x-h2. There are plenty of attachment points. While in the cage there are no loose parts. Very precise fit, the cage feels like its a part of the camera. Materials feels very rugged. Satisfied with this cage.
