Colors did NOT vary much. Most of mine came with tans. Would have loved variety as in the photos. Very elementary. Grout/ plaster is white but picture shows black or dark grey. When it dries it shrinks and there is t enough to go back and top it off.Not worth the price. Maybe if it was at FiveBelow.

Enjoyable craft to do with my daughter. I waxed nostalgic over making tile trivets and ashtrays back in the 80s. This is a modern, much prettier version. Directions were clear and easy to follow. I mixed the grout and applied the glue layer and then my daughter set in a design for the tiles. I was slightly worried there wouldn't be enough tiles but there were plenty and plenty left over. It comes with a flat rope to attach to the back if you want to hang it, though we just put it with our plants. The grout seemed to yellow in a few tiny spots right after it dried. Not exactly sure why that happened, but it's very subtle and not a problem for us.

My daughter was so proud of her finished piece!The only drawback was the vague instructions, especially when it came to mixing the grout. Terms like “add half water” left us guessing the exact proportions, but we figured it out after a little trial and error. For beginners, clearer guidance would definitely enhance the experience.Overall, this is a delightful craft project that sparks creativity and provides a rewarding result. It’s a great choice for kids, teens, or anyone looking for a hands-on artistic activity. Despite the minor challenges, I’d definitely recommend it as a fun and satisfying project!

The mosaic kit was a delightful project, and I really enjoyed making the leaf design. It adds a nice, creative touch to my desk space, and seeing it finished is so rewarding. Despite this, once I got the hang of it, it was straightforward and very relaxing. Overall, it's a great kit for anyone wanting a unique, hands-on experience!

This is a very nice kit of mosaic tiles. The leaves are large so an older person doesn't have to fiddle with tiny pieces. The leaf is made of balsa wood to support the mosaics. You get a nice variety of tiles for the convalescing adult or crafty teen.

This a nice mosaic tile kit. Includes everything. I found the directions lacking some specific detail. I also note that the overall project is small in size for the price point. The tiles are fine, but they are small and similar. I will be using some of my own tiles to add some variety.

This mosaic feather kit comes with complete tools and materials, including the wood frame, small pre-cut glass pieces, and grout. I like making things, and may replace some of these glass bits with my own (I have extra stained glass from other projects). Arranging the colors is relaxing and the end result makes a great gift or decoration. The instructions were clear enough and easy to follow. Recommended.
