This replacement comes with new bushings and nuts but not mounting brackets. It is a perfect replacement just beware it doesn't have the mounting hardware.

This was an easy replacement install on my '95 F350. I was able to use existing brackets and just bolt on. I was a bit disappointed at the bushings and hardware that was supplied and just hope they will last. If I have to replace them for a better quality bushing and hardware, so be it, the stabilizer itself seems to be of very good quality and I'm happy with that. Thanks.
