I purchased for a friend. Having purchased A Skytech before thought this was one would be OK. Wrong. This item has issues with booting and running. I should have read reviews more closely. The item was returned. Then of course had to fight with Amazon over refund. Was told was because a high value item etc. Really I know I purchase it. Am sorry it didn't pass muster. Skytech or Amazon needs to look this unit over. To others thinking about READ ALL the reviews.

If I could, I would give it 4.4 star. The pc works very well and gets and average of 90 to 117 fps on helldivers 2. One complaint is Ai had to change a few settings to get that fps after watching a YouTube video, but for free in in like 10 min. The instructions are not very good and there was loose cords that were extra that freaked me out thinking I needed them. This is a starter pc, so they should have very detailed instructions. Exited to see how well it plays other games. Appreciate the build skytech

Very good computer. Super fast. Just what I need for gaming. I am going through breast cancer and can't afford a name brand PC, but this one is amazing and I absolutely love it. This PC also came with matching RGB keyboard and mouse.

I love it so far, with only one minor issue that may be troublesome later down the road. Overall it is very well built and setup was very simple. The only thing I am unsure about is the connection for the power cord seems loose. It wiggles when trying to plug the cord in and I am worried overtime it will be damaged/the prongs will bend. When first setting it up it lost connection/power twice when I moved it on my desk due to the cord being loose. Otherwise it seems to be running great. It's super fast loading games and apps and so far I've played Baldurs Gate 3 on ultra settings with no issues and essentially no wait for loading times. The fans are quiet, but still make a noticeable noise. This doesn't bother me at all but for someone expecting complete silence you may not love it. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and am excited to keep playing my games. The included keyboard is very nice and comfortable to use. The mouse is cool but not my style personally, and I prefer a wireless mouse so I haven't tested the included one at all. I will reach out to support if the power cord continues to be an issue and update my review here accordingly.

This system is absolutely amazing, though it was pricey based on my budget. I did not regret making the sacrifice and purchased it for my son. Performance runs well, it's easy to set up, and its gaming capability was excellent. The noise level was quiet.

At first I was nervous because I ordered a used PC, but it has been nothing but amazing!! When I first received it, it had someone else's log in, so I DID have to factory reset it, a quick google searched helped with that! Now I am working on putting games and OBS to stream and so far the download speed is amazing, and the video quality is too! Definitely worth the money after never having a gaming PC!

I got this for my daughters birthday,I honestly don’t regret buying.Its loud,the speed is excellent,the lighting is colorful and bright.The setting up was a breeze and it’s worth the price. I would definitely recommend.

EDIT: I did end up returning it but only because of the flickering rgb on the fans getting worse and I will be buying this again and hopefully with no rgb issues.100% perfect budget pc, internally there is absolutely nothing wrong and runs cs2 at 170-200 fps at mid settings and msft flight simulator at 90-100 fps.PROS:-runs most triple a games at 90 -150 fps depending on settings-looks aesthetically pleasing-SO quiet-shipping was absolutely perfect: fast, secure, and nothing missing-there is so much space and room for the user to upgrade into the futureCons:none so farTechnical issues: i am currently having issues with the rgb lights on my case fans as some of them can randomly be seen just flickering for no reason at all BUT it doesn't actually cause any performance issues like the fans are still working perfectly fine and all but it is just cosmetically annoying so ya.conclusion: Buy this beast of a budget gaming pc! i 100% recommend.

Only saw on the reviews that it came with a mouse and keyboard. Not listed anywhere.I love this computer! I mainly use it for playing diablo 2 resurrected and web surfing. No issues what so ever. After years of crappy and slow laptops I went out on a whim and bought this PC because of its high reviews. I was wondering if it was going to be some jenky unit. When I got it I was surprised how nice and professionally it was packaged. This computer is very fast and looks great 10/10 purchase!

I'm impressed by this computer, beautiful , fast, smooth, no noise and easy to upgrade, i mean at this price wow! Arrived fast and well packed. I got the Skytech Nebula with Intel Core i3 12100F 3.3 GHz, NVIDIA GTX 1650, 500GB NVME SSD, 16GB DDR4 RAM 3200, 600W Gold PSU, 11AC Wi-Fi, Windows 11 Home 64-bit, So far the only upgrade i needed to make was the RAM put it at 32gb, so i invest a 65$ Canadian for 2 extra (DDR4) 16gb (2x8gb) i suggest Gigastone Black RGB Game PRO DDR4-3200MHz + Ediloca EN760 SSD with Heatsink 1TB for 80$. Now work amazing on that setup. With this pc now i can run game like STAR CITIZEN. (Next upgrade RTX 3060 TI)

First off, I want to start by saying I don’t have the PC any longer. That said, this company made a possible headache and a half feel like no big deal. I ordered this PC with Affirm financing. Once it was approved there, the PC was swiftly shipped. Somewhere along the way, the PC took some extreme damage as it almost seems like it was run over by a forklift. The package had been delayed for quite some time, likely for this reason. I sent a request for refund through Amazon and Skytech approved it almost immediately. I shipped it out a few days later with a shipping label they provided me. The package arrived at their location. I was concerned that Affirm wouldn’t receive the refund from Skytech before my first payment to Affirm was due. I contacted the seller and they responded the next day with an update. That same day, the refund was sent to Affirm and a possible crisis was averted. Every step of the way, Skytech went out of their way to respond expeditiously and make it right. I just hope Skytech gets paid back by UPS for damages. The PC was well packaged, there’s just only so much you can do to prevent damage when someone else runs over your product.
