A good computer at a good price, but they have skimped a bit on the motherboard...a mini ATX maybe? Only one empty slot available for cards. Plenty of room for a standard ATX board. Thankfully, there is room for more memory. Also, the fans are a bit loud and the only way to control them is through BIOS. Even then, the slowest speed is a bit too aggressive and still too loud given the PC is doing nothing and there's 5 fans running?Most other vendors have software to control the fans better.

I unfortunately have to rate this very low.Issues:1. Constant crashes due to graphics card. Particularly bad when alt-tabbing out of games. This is extremely disruptive, whether playing a game or just watching videos. (yes, all drivers and OS are up to date)2. No replies from support. I haven't submitted an issue for my graphics card yet, because I have 2 other issues I haven't received a reply from.3. Keyboard came non-functional4. Top case fane and CPU cooler RGB aren't controllable, constant color changing.My previous PC was a SkyTech and I love it. I had 1 issue which was promptly dealt with from their support. This one is awful, and support is non-existent. I'm not sure what changed with the company, but it has really done a poor job with PC. Hopefully it's just my bad luck and others don't have this same experience.
