I wanted to be able to have an armband that I could wear while running, and listen to music and interval timers on my phone. It works for that, though the fit on my Droid 3 is tight. Also, if I want to hook up my headphones, the top has to remain uncovered, so I have to wear it under my jacket in rain, causing the headphones to pull out easier, and making it hard to see/operate the whole screen. But for gym workouts, it meets its purpose just fine.

I ordered this during the holiday. I was looking for an affordable armband for my phone to work out with. Being that Im getting different phones all the time I didn't want to spend that much on an armband knowing I'd may need a different one with my next phone. I had low expectations, but hope it would do the job with not having to spend lots of money. Upon receiving it, trying my phone in it, inspecting it I was pleasantly surprised in the quality of it.. Made with quality materials, stitched perfectly. Just as if not better that the more expensive ones they sell. Very pleased and will be buying from this company again!! Thanks for selling it at an affordable price!!!!

We got this for an I-Pod and it fits perfectly. It has a lot of adjustment for arm size. Material that it is made of is comfortable and looks to be durable. I will be getting another one soon.

Fits my Ipod and my Blackberry well. I use it for the gym and running. Its very helpful and was reasonably priced.

I purchased this armband for running and I have had no problems with it at all. My Samsung Epic 4G fits in it perfectly (I do have a hard case on my phone so it is a little bit more snug but fits just fine). It is a little difficult to click the on button on the side so that the touch screen is activated but I have had no problems with the touch screen working through the plastic cover. The arm band has plenty of room for a much bigger arm or a small arm. Great purchase for me!!!!

The only reason I rated low was I did a search for the Droid X and this product was picked. It does not fit the droid X. Other than that the product looks good.

I just received my armband today. My phone is new on the market(Samsung Epic). After looking around in some stores and them not having anything for my phone, I decided to improvise. I knew this armband was not made for the Epic but I really needed something to hold my device while I ran.First, I have to say it fits inside the pouch just fine, the Epic is a bit tall but the material is elastic, so it's not a problem stretching it a bit to put in your headphones into the pre-cut hole for the jack.Second, it is very durable and the velcro material is thick and wraps snuggly around the arm (unfortunately for me, I have skinny arms so it is still a tad big for me, but, I can still stretch the velcro enough to tighten around my arm so it won't slip off, it just extends over the face of the pouch).Finally,Because the phone is a bit tall, there is a a 3/4" gap where the phone slips in, I figure, if you don't want' to get it full of sweat, it can easily be remedied by placing a material over the gap by double sided tape or velcro, and if you don't care...you are all set. Seriously, for a low priced item, I am not going to expect miracles, it does the job the way its supposed to, and until something better comes on the market that will actually fit my phone, this will do for now.

Pros:1. Band that goes around arm is excellent (strechy clingy material for strap, velcro is on multiple points to ensure fit)2. Smooth operation of touch screen through clear front of armband3. Nice bells and whistles on strap (flaps to discourage pinching when tightening, reflectors, velcro strap to secure extra cord)Cons:1. Pretty tight, takes ~10-15s to put in armstrap as opposed to my iPhone armstraps which all take 2s. This also means my extended battery does not fit properly.2. Headphone hole in armband doesnt line up perfectly, you can alleviate this by pre-stretching the neoprene by the holeComments on the pocketI was hoping for a bit more from the extra pocket. Its a flap of neoprene(?) in the phone compartment. I can put in flat items like a CC, a single key, or some money just fine. I was hoping I could put in my keychain with two keys but its so tight I'm worried about damage to the phone.ConclusionWell worth the price. If you're looking for a running armband for the Evo your options are limited, this is likely close the the best you can get. I have only had this for a week so I don't know about durability.
