Do. Not. Buy. This.Seriously, save yourself—and your cat—from the chaos. First off, buried in the fine print like some kind of scented legal trap, it says you have to use their oils. Would’ve been nice to know before I dropped $40 on oils that now sit there, judging me. But hey, no worries, it comes with a sample! Oh wait—plot twist—it smells like the bottom of a well-used dumpster in July.And don’t even get me started on trying to put the thing together. The design? A cruel joke. You basically need to be a contortionist with a wrench for fingers to get the oil bottle seated without cross-threading the base. I spent 25 minutes fighting with this thing like it owed me money—and in return, it doused my hands, my counter, my floor, and yes... one very confused cat in Eau de Trashcan. Hard pass.

The AIROVA Smart Waterless Car Diffuser is a sleek, high-quality device that performs well once it's up and running. It can be a bit tricky to operate at first, as the touch-sensitive settings are close together and require a longer press than expected to switch modes. In use, the diffuser sprays every 60 seconds on the strong setting and every 3 minutes on the light setting, which may be a bit frequent for some users. It’s very responsive to motion, activating when the car door opens and continuing until the vehicle is vacated. Despite regular use, it’s efficient—only using about a third of the liquid over 400 miles on the light setting, and the battery has lasted through that time without a recharge. A downside is that it only accepts its own brand of essential oil. However, the overall design, build quality, and performance make it a stylish and effective addition to any vehicle.

I love the oil diffuser! Its solid, sleek design is minimalistic and attractive. The black color blends well with the cupholders and interior of many vehicles, and it's a good size—not too big. The light feature adds charm and makes it a special addition. I appreciate the different modes and fragrance strengths you can select according to your space and personal preference. The sleep mode is particularly useful, as it conserves the oil when not in use.The smell of the oil is refreshing and has a clean scent. However, my only concern is that the instructions specify using only approved brand oils, and I haven't found a source for refills yet. I might have to purchase a whole new set instead of just being able to refill the oil bottle. I'm considering trying some other diffuser oils, but I'm cautious about potentially clogging the diffuser or causing damage. Overall, I think it's a worthy purchase!

This is convenient and effective. I enjoy the fact that it is water free and has an adjustable option that allows you to set a timer and strength of scent. This scent that came with it is very strong so I was going to use it in my car, but chose to use in my bedroom. I really like it. Nicely made and packaged. Easy to use and the scent is long lasting.

Got this diffuser for my car and my daughter took it immediately and claimed it for her room. It works great and has different modes for the amount of scent you want. You press the power button for three seconds and that urns it on, then you press it quickly to switch between modes, of which there are three. You can then turn the light mode on or off as well. She likes the scent it comes with and it does say that you have to use their scents, but..... I am prone to disagree with that. I have other diffusers that have told me the same thing, but as long as you use a base oil that is compatible with waterless diffusers, you can use them with essential oils or whatever other scent you want. I will try that here as well once this scent is gone, but I have no doubt it will work as it does in all diffusers. Recommend.

I was really excited for all the car features this has, but the product listing did not say that it includes their own "perfume" or that you CANNOT use your own essential oils! The sticker on the prodict lid says, "Don't use other brand oils" and at least two places in the instruction manual say, "It is strictly forbidden to use perfumes not formulated by our company" (see photo). So why didn't they say this in the product listing, too? Instead, the title of the product says "Essential Oil Compatible", which I interpret to mean it is compatible with any essential oil, like every other essential oil diffuser I've ever seen. This was very misleading.Also, the included scent is named "Ocean" and smells like a strong men's cologne. I am a woman and don't want to smell like a man when I get out of my car! This is the item named "Diffuser- Model IV".

This thing is so confusing to use in terms of settings and operation. I'm trying to use it in Home mode (not in a car) and it's so confusing. I have no idea how to operate it and the instructions aren't helpful. It smells good and occasionally it emits the oil (I can see it) so I'm rating it 3 stars but they really do need clearer instructions. When I hit the power button it just emits an insane amount of fragrance non stop and then nothing happens when it is in Home mode.
